FORT WORTH, Texas — One person was killed in a crash on northwest Loop 820 in Fort Worth Friday, police say.
Officers responded to the single-vehicle crash in the 7000 block of Northwest Loop 820 shortly after 11 p.m.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel, police say. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner will identify the cause and manner of death and the driver will be identified after next of kin is notified.
No other details about the crash or how it happened were immediately available.
The Fort Worth Police Department is investigating the crash.
