DALLAS -- Sue Loncar is speaking out about the recent deaths of her husband and teen daughter, and has announced she will start a foundation to honor their memory.

Grace Loncar, 16, took her own life the day after Thanksgiving after battling depression for many years. Two days after her funeral, her father Brian Loncar, 56, a prominent Texas attorney known as "The Strong Arm," was found dead at his law office in downtown Dallas.

The family says he died of a heart attack. Autopsy results are still pending.

Sue Loncar released the following statement Thursday and announced she will create a foundation in honor of her late husband and daughter to help other families going through the same issues.

“We are devastated by the loss of our beloved Grace. To lose our precious husband, father and center of our universe, Brian, just days later to a heart attack is almost too much to bare," Loncar writes. "But we will get through this by relying on our faith and holding on to each other. We are determined to make something good come from our devastating circumstance. The Grace and Brian Loncar Foundation has been established to help prevent other families from having to go through the pain and heartache that we have had to endure over the last two weeks.”
