ROCKWALL COUNTY, Texas — North Central Texas 911 is reporting a limited 911 outage that may impact parts of Rockwall County, officials said Sunday.
As of 5:54 a.m., Sept. 29, the Rockwall County Office of Emergency Management reported a limited 911 outage in Rockwall County in an emergency alert. By 8 a.m., service was restored.
If 911 doesn't work, texting 911 should work, the alert states. If that doesn't work, residents should call their local non-emergency number.
