RICHARDSON, Texas — A 20-year-old man was fatally shot in a parking lot in Richardson on Wednesday evening, police said.
The shooting happened shortly before 7 p.m. in a parking lot at 901 South Coit Road, which is the address for an apartment complex near Spring Valley Road.
Officers responded and found a man, David Maldonado, dead, according to a police news release.
Police said Maldonado was shot during an argument between him and two other people.
Police arrested two suspects, 20-year-old Raymundo Gutierrez and 21-year-old Lisset Palacios, the release said.
Both suspects face a murder charge. Police said they knew Maldonado.
