GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas — Christmas is rapidly approaching, meaning Christmas lights will again light up the night across North Texas.
Prairie Lights in Grand Prairie is one of the more well-known Christmas light parks around DFW, and this year, the park is offering a special promotion in partnership with WFAA's Santa's Helpers toy drive.
The park, which opens Thursday and will remain open through Dec. 31, will cut $15 off the gate fee for any visitors who drop off a toy at the front gate of the park. That brings the price for general admission down from $50 to $35.
This promotion is valid through Wednesday, Dec. 4.
Santa's Helpers provides gifts to more than 50,000 children across North Texas. For more information on Santa's Helpers and how to help, click here.
