DALLAS — School is back in session this week, at least for a good number of North Texas students.
The first classes of the 2024-2025 school year were getting underway Monday, Aug. 5, with more districts starting each day this week.
Most of the larger North Texas school districts, like Dallas and Fort Worth, start next week, on Aug. 12 and Aug. 13, respectively. But the Allen and Anna districts are joining the cohort of schools that are returning to class on the first full week of August.
