FARMERS BRANCH, Texas — All northbound lanes of I-35 at the Valwood Parkway exit in Farmers Branch were closed because of a "traffic incident" Tuesday afternoon but were reopened as of about 3 p.m.
The Farmers Branch police and fire departments responded to the scene.
