DALLAS — U.S. News & World Report has released its annual list of the best companies to work for, and DFW is well represented, with 15 companies making the rankings.
The list looks at the best companies to work for overall as well as the best in their industry, such as insurance, construction, manufacturing or technology.
Factors incorporated into the ratings to determine whether a company has a good workplace includes quality pay and benefits, good work/life balance and opportunities for development and advancement. Companies also had to be included in the Russell 3000 index as of June, and have a minimum of 75 Glassdoor reviews within the past three years.
Below, we've laid out each area company that made the grade for this year's list -- and which sub-lists they made as well.
