A motorcycle and a pick-up truck were involved in a major crash Friday morning in the southbound lanes of S. Cooper Street, police said.
The driver of the motorcycle was transported to the hospital with serious injuries, police said.
All southbound lanes were closed starting at W. Arbrook Boulevard.
Only one lane was getting by on the northbound side, police said.
Drivers should use Matlock Road or Bowen Road as alternate routes.
