FORT WORTH, Texas — The driver of a motorcycle was killed in an accident Sunday evening in Fort Worth, police say.
Officers were called to the accident at about 5:59 p.m. Sunday at 5720 Meadowbrook Drive, police said. Upon arrival, they found the major accident involving the motorcycle and another vehicle.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. A passenger on the motorcycle was taken to a local hospital where they are being treated for injuries.
The Fort Worth Police Department Traffic Investigation Unit is investigating to determine what caused the accident.
The identity of the victim is being withheld until next of kin have been notified.
