Interested buyers have until June 28 to place a bid on an expansive property featuring a European-style lodge 90 miles east of Dallas.
The Reserve at Sulphur Bluff in Hopkins County features a 65,000-square-foot multipurpose structure and the ability for buyers to purchase multiple parcels of 800 to 5,000 acres.

The property is being marketing by Bernard Uechtritz of Icon Global Group.
A two-mile private driveway delivers guests to The Reserve lodge, which features several multi-bedroom suites, 28 additional guest suites, and professional-grade kitchen and banquet space. A full-service spa, fitness center and sauna are among some of the other amenities. Ample outdoor living spaces include a large heated swimming pool and hot tub.
A deal for the property comes along with all furnishings and equipment. A private chef and wildlife biologist are among the property's current staff members.
"It's also big enough, yet cozy enough, for three or four owners to share comfortably in an ownership syndicated such as the $60 million Barefoot Ranch which we recently sold which was also owned by a three-partner syndicate," Uechtritz said in a prepared statement.

For the sportsman, the property boasts a one-mile sporting clays course, five stand and a rifle and pistol range.
The grounds also hold a heliport with access to Sulphur Springs' 5,000-foot jet strip.
Capital investments around the property's technology include 15 miles of fiber optic network, security systems, secure executive board room, independent back-up power and energy-efficient geothermal heating and cooling systems with LED lighting.
Icon Global Group noted that a possible incentivized stalking horse bid process could be part of the deal. The stalking horse bid process could include an up to $1 million break-up fee for any buyer that overbids during the call for offers.
