According to the school district, there is no power at the Texas Trust CU Theatre and Oncor has yet to provide an estimated time of restoration.

Both graduations will take place at Ellis Davis Field House located at 9191 South Polk Street in Dallas.

The school district says Grand Prairie High School will have its graduation at 9 a.m. and South Grand Prairie will follow it at 1 p.m.

Grande Prairie ISD also notes that the graduations scheduled for Thursday will also be at Ellis Davis Field House.

Below is the schedule for all Thursday graduations:

  • Dubiski Career High School - 1 p.m.
  • Grand Prairie Fine Arts Academy - 5 p.m.

"We understand that graduation is a special time in the lives of our graduating seniors and their families. Our goal is to make sure we honor our graduates despite the fact that these circumstances are unfortunately out of our control," the school district said in a letter to parents.
