"Recipients have two years to schedule star ceremonies from the date of selection before they expire," the Hollywood Walk of Fame said.

On Saturday, June 15, Strait, along with two opening acts, packed ‘em into Kyle Field in College Station in what became a record-breaking performance.

During the show, Strait announced more than 110,905 people were in attendance, which would make it the most-attended ticketed concert ever in the United States, topping a Grateful Dead show in New Jersey in 1977 that drew more than 107,000, according to Billboard and Audacy.

Kyle Field’s seating capacity is 102,733, but for the concert, there was floor seating added and standing room only.
