HG Sply Co. has secured a lease in Alliance Town Center, a master-planned 900-acre community north of Fort Worth.
The new restaurant, which is expected to open at the end of this year, will occupy 8,000 square feet at 3351 Texas Sage Trail. The space will span two stories and offer seating for 220 inside and 108 outside on a multi-level covered patio.
The restaurant pushes the idea of living a healthy life through its food, according to the company website, and offers a menu to meet most dietary needs such as low-carb, allergies, gluten-free and vegan.
HG Sply Co. has locations in Dallas, Trophy Club and Fort Worth.
The restaurant group behind opening HG Sply Co. is Dallas-based UNCO Management LLC, which also operates other brands including Leela’s Wine Bar, Standard Service, Culpepper Cattle Company, Hero, Milli, Tina’s and CGB Coffee.
