SILSBEE, Texas — The family of a Warren man killed in a motorcycle crash last Friday say they are devastated by the loss of of their husband and father.
Allen Wesenberg, 37, was killed on February 2, 2024 after a suspected drunk driver crashed into his Harley motorcycle.
James Means, 39, and his daughter 12-year-old Cicillia Means were also killed.
Allen's son was riding with him on the motorcycle but survived the crash, thanks to his father's heroic actions.

Allen's wife, Amanda Wesenberg, credits his quick actions for saving their son's life.
"They were headed to Chili's in Silsbee. They were all going to eat there. Then they were headed to the Evadale racetrack. They didn't make it to either one," said Amanda.
She was at work when she got the critical call that shattered her family.
"Michael Hannah, he called me and said, 'Amanda, there's been a bad accident. You need to get here now.' He said Aiden was okay," Amanda said.
7-year-old Aiden Wesenberg was transported to Texas Children's Hospital in Houston with a broken leg and several cuts. He was released several days later.
Allen was rushed to CHRISTUS St. Elizabeth's, but his injuries were too severe. He took his last breath with his wife at his side.
"He took his last breath when I kissed him on the head. I wouldn't want it any other way. I know he was holding on, waiting to know I was there. He knew that I was there," said Amanda.

She says that her husband saved their son's life with his quick thinking.
"He saw the car coming towards him. And he grabbed Aiden like this. And just moved him out from behind him. Got him off of that bike," she said.
It was a split-second decision, that made Allen a hero.
"I'm going to step up and try my dangdest to fill his shoes," Amanda told 12News.
Amanda says she wants justice for her husband's death.
"There's got to be consequences for it. I know there will be."
As Amanda finalizes funeral arrangements for her husband, she's making every effort to stay strong for her family.
"It's something that I hope to wake up from this nightmare. But I know I'm not going to," she said.
The funeral for Allen will be held at Riley Funeral Home Saturday, February 10 at 3 p.m.
