EVERMAN, Texas — A car crashed into a home in Everman late Wednesday night, police said.
The crash happened near Langley and Shelby roads, according to an update from Everman Emergency Services shortly before midnight.
A car lost control and crashed into a home's living room and bedroom. No one inside the home was injured in the crash, police said. The driver was evaluated by paramedics and then released.
Crews were working overnight to remove the car from the home and make sure the home's structure was safe. The cause of the crash was still being investigated.
Shelby Road remained closed for about two hours while police responded to the crash.
