DALLAS — DART trains around Dallas are stalled as power outages leave them unable to move.
Officials say a power outage at DART's central station has left the trains stuck.
Teams are trying to get a generator in place now, officials say, and DART is talking with ONCOR to try to fix the power outage as soon as possible.
DART is moving whichever trains they can and riders are being notified of the delays.
