DALLAS — Police said a child was shot and taken to a hospital in Dallas on Monday morning.
The incident happened around 8:30 a.m. in the 3400 block of Terrell Street in southeast Dallas, off Dolphin Road.
Police had few details about what happened, saying a child was found shot and then was taken to a hospital. The child's condition was not known.
Police were still investigating the shooting later Monday morning.
