DALLAS — A 41-year-old man was shot and killed during an argument in far north Dallas on Wednesday night, police said.
Ivan Mosley was identified as the victim, according to a police news release.
Police said officers responded around 9 p.m. to the 8400 block of Midpark Road, off Spring Valley Road and U.S. 75, near the Dallas-Richardson city lines. The address is near the entrance of several apartment complexes, but police did not provide more details on where the shooting happened.
Police said Mosley was in an argument with another man when the man shot him. Dallas Fire-Rescue responded, but Mosley died at the scene.
The suspect, who has not been identified, left the scene, police said.
