DALLAS — A suspect stole a parking enforcement vehicle in Deep Ellum and led police on a chase to southern Dallas, officials said.
The incident started around 2:15 a.m. near Good Latimer Expressway and Main Street. A parking enforcement employee had stepped out of their car when the suspect stole it, police said.
The suspect led police on a low-speed chase but was eventually caught in the 1700 block of Poplar Street, near Botham Jean Boulevard and Interstate 45.
No injuries were reported. The suspect's name has not been released.
