DALLAS — A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run crash along Northwest Highway in Dallas early Friday, officials said.
The crash happened around 4:40 a.m. in the 2800 block of West Northwest Highway, near Community Drive, just northwest of Dallas Love Field airport.
Officials at the scene told WFAA that a pedestrian died after getting hit by a vehicle, and that the driver of the vehicle left the scene.
Northwest Highway was reopened, while Community Driver was shut down as police investigated the crash.
