MANSFIELD, Texas — Mansfield police arrested a Dallas police officer accused of assaulting a family member Wednesday.
According to Dallas police, Jeremy Courson faces a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon of a family member, a second degree felony.
Courson, currently assigned to Detention Services, was hired in August 2009. He is on administrative leave pending the investigation.
