DALLAS — Two people were hospitalized after a vehicle hit a Dallas Fire-Rescue fire engine around noon Wednesday in the 2500 block of Robert B. Callum Boulevard, according to Dallas police.
Police said one person from a vehicle was taken to a local hospital in critical condition, and one Dallas Fire-Rescue employee was taken to a hospital with minor injuries as a precaution. No officers were injured.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
Before the crash involving the fire engine, at 11:20 a.m., police say they were responding to a wreck in the 2500 block of Robert B. Callum Boulevard. Dallas Fire-Rescue transported two to a local hospital in unknown conditions from that scene, according to police.
