DALLAS — A multi-vehicle crash involving a Dallas police car is causing a backup in the southbound lanes of North Central Expressway near Royal Lane Monday afternoon.
Three lanes, a shoulder and an entrance and exit ramp were blocked as of shortly before 4 p.m., according to the Texas Department of Transportation.
An officer and a person were taken to a local hospital as a precaution, police say.
Additional details about the crash weren’t immediately available, but police say it wasn’t a result of any pursuit.
