COPPELL, Texas — Internet access, phone lines and several other systems are down in Coppell after the system was "disrupted," the city said.
The city of Coppell's experienced a disruption to its network early Wednesday, affecting day-to-day operations, according to a press release from the city.
As a result, internet access, phone lines and several other systems are not available as of 8:20 a.m. Monday, Oct. 28. The outage does not affect calls to 911, the city said. To reach the non-emergency dispatch, residents are asked to call 469-289-3270 or dial *247.
“Thank you to our residents and community partners for your patience and grace as we work to restore our systems, Mike Land, Coppell city manager, said. "Our teams are working diligently 24/7 to get this resolved. In the meantime, we’ve remained flexible and have adapted how we’re providing service to ensure we’re meeting the community’s needs.”
