DALLAS — Dallas’ 311 portal for service requests and Dallas Water Utilities’ payment system will be down for maintenance Sunday.
Dallas city officials say the 311 online portal and app will be offline from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sunday as they undergo a redesign. Residents will still be able to call 3-1-1 while the online portal and app are offline to submit service requests.
Dallas Water Utilities’ payment system will also be down for maintenance from 3 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday. During this time, officials say customers won’t be able to make online payments or telephone payments. For alternative payment locations, click here.
