FRISCO — It's the result of a school district adding 3,000 new students every year.
Frisco ISD voted Monday night to redraw district lines throughout the city. The school board approved six redistricting recommendations.
Four new schools will be added next school year, including two elementary schools, a middle school and a high school. The district had to redraw the lines to incorporate the new schools and lessen the burden of overcrowded schools.
Monday night, one parent said his home was rezoned three times in a five-year period. Another parent said his daughters will attend different high schools next year.
