CLEBURNE, Texas — A 41-year-old Cleburne woman, Jennifer Lynn Brabbin, was arrested and charged with murder for killing her father-in-law, Robert Brabbin, Tuesday morning.
According to the Cleburne Police Department, officers and crews from Cleburne Fire responded to an active disturbance in the 700 block of Miracle Lane at about 9:53 a.m.
Police said while on the way to the location, officers learned that it was an active stabbing.
According to police, Jennifer Brabbin was immediately arrested and Robert Brabbin was taken to the Texas Health Cleburne Walls Hospital with severe stab wounds. He was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
The Cleburne Police Department said Jennifer Brabbin was booked into the Johnson County Law Enforcement Center on a murder charge. She is awaiting arraignment.
