DALLAS — An unidentified body was pulled out of White Rock Lake Saturday afternoon, according to Dallas Fire Rescue.
Dallas police officers were called to the lake around 5:45 p.m. when some passerby said they found a dead body. A game warden arrived and pulled out the body, out of concern that the body would float back into the lake due to recent weather.
The body is in the custody of the Dallas County Medical Examiner's office and is awaiting an autopsy. No identification has been released pending notice of next of kin.
