CRANE COUNTY, Texas — The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has confirmed the deaths of three Buena Vista students involved in a two-vehicle crash on FM 1053, about one mile south of State Highway 329 in Crane County.
The crash occurred around 7 p.m. Wednesday night.
DPS told NewsWest9 that one of the vehicles was privately owned and not affiliated with Buena Vista ISD.
The driver of the other vehicle was transported to a hospital in critical condition.
