A Fort Worth fire truck was involved in an accident Monday afternoon, injuring a firefighter and the driver of another vehicle, officials said.
The wreck happened at the intersection of Randol Mill and Handley Edderville roads in east Fort Worth. The fire truck was responding to a structure fire, the Fire Department tweeted.
A picture tweeted by the Fire Department showed the fire truck on its side near the intersection. The injured firefighter and driver were "yellow," which means serious condition, according to the Fire Department. A pickup truck was the other vehicle involved.
