DALLAS — A developer has purchased a former lot of the Dallas Morning News building.
Developer KDC purchased the 7.2-acre lot in a $33 million deal, according to court documents. It's not clear yet what plans have been outlined for the building at Young and Houston streets.
Scott Ozymy, executive vice president and chief investment officer for KDC, signed the agreement.
The closing date is set for Dec. 28.
The Dallas Morning News moved to its new headquarters at the Dallas Public Library on Commerce Street.
