Woman wanted for murder charge arrested by Tarrant County Sheriff's Office

Police released a bulletin about the 25-year-old woman last Wednesday, saying she was wanted and alleged to have committed murder.

TARRANT COUNTY, Texas — The Tarrant County Sheriff's Office arrested a woman in Rendon wanted by police after allegedly committing murder. 

Police released an information bulletin on Wednesday stating that the suspect, 25-year-old Kaitlyn Marie Bailey, had reportedly committed murder that day and was actively wanted by TCSO. 

"She is believed to be in a later model Black Ford Fusion and to be armed with a handgun," officials wrote. 

Tarrant County records show Bailey has previously been charged with injury to a child/elderly/disabled, assault causing bodily injury family violence, assault restricting breathing/circulation, evading arrest, escape from custody and harassment of a public servant. 

On Friday, TCSO released an update saying Bailey is in custody.
