FORT WORTH, Texas — A woman was arrested for allegedly threatening a Fort Worth restaurant employee with a gun after demanding a refund, police said Wednesday.

The woman, later identified as Josefina Luna, walked into the Taqueria Mi Ranchito in the 5700 block of Crowley Road last week and an employee told officers she accused staff of taking her money and demanded a refund, police said.

She then took out a handgun from her bag and pointed it at an employee under the table, officials said.

Luna denied having a firearm, but officers found a bag with a firearm inside that matched the one the employee described, according to a news release.

Luna was arrested on a complaint of aggravated robbery Thursday and is being held in the Tarrant County Jail on a 25,000 bond, jail records show.
