KELLER -- Police say 44-year-old Timothy Burns of Arlington has been charged with four counts of sexual assault of a child, after he allegedly paid four Keller ISD high schoolers hundreds of dollars for sex.

"It’s concerning it happened in the first place," said Keller Police Captain Tommy Simmons.

Simmons says Burns was introduced to the four victims through somebody he met on SeekingArrangement.com, which bills itself as a "sugar daddy" dating site. Police documents spell out how Burns allegedly used the victims to meet other victims, and that all the victims seemed to know each other.

“Victim #1 stated she had sex with him and received $200; Victim #2 also received $200 basically for bringing the other girls," a search warrant said.

The warrant went on to say Burns would pay extra, if he could take their virginity.

“She said there was drinking and smoking weed going on prior to them having sex," the arrest warrant said. "Victim #3 said she agreed to have sexual intercourse with her and take her virginity."

Keller police say everything happened between September 2015 and January 2016, and police say the alleged assaults happened at a luxury home on Lake Arlington, where Burns was living. Realtor.com shows the home on Perkins Road is currently on the market for $1.2 million.

In the arrest warrant, one victim describes his home as being "really big," on a lake with a boat dock.

The driveway heading to Timothy Burns' home, which is, as of Feb. 11, was on the market in Arlington.

"If this happened to my daughter, I’d be devastated," said one father, who showed up to the police press conference Thursday to get advice on how to address these situations with his daughter. He had no connection to the case.

"She just has to know if she feels something's not right, it's probably not," he continued.

Keller police say even though the reported incidents happened in Arlington, they're investigating because the victims reside in their jurisdiction.

Police are also looking into the non-juvenile teenager who initially introduced the suspect to at least one victim.

Burns' attorney did not return our calls for comment. As of Thursday afternoon, he remained in jail on $400,000 bond.
