After two nights in the Collin County Jail, veteran Wylie police officer Curtis Allen Smith has posted $75,000 bond for a second-degree felony charge of Indecency with a Child. According to the arrest affidavit obtained by News 8, Ofc. Smith, 44, is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a 14-year-old girl for more than a year.
