TARRANT COUNTY, Texas — The mother of "affluenza" teen Ethan Couch is facing legal troubles again after failing a drug test.
Court documents say she failed a urine test that was required as a condition of her bond.
She was booked into the Tarrant County Jail on Monday making this the second time Couch has been jailed for failing a drug test.
In March 2018 a judge denied the motion to reinstate her bond despite her attorney's attempt to prove a failed drug test illegitimate.
Couch has been indicted on charges of hindering the apprehension of a fugitive and money laundering in the 2015 flee to Mexico.
