Former Dallas Cowboy Josh Brent enters the northwest Dallas club Privae on Dec. 9, 2012, hours before prosecutors say he drunkenly flipped his car, resulting in the death of friend and teammate Jerry Brown Jr.

DALLAS With his head drooping and his eyes pointed at the ground, former Cowboy Josh Brent sat in the back of an Irving police cruiser on Dec. 8, 2012 and argued with the arresting officer for his handcuffs to be taken off.

This video was shown to the jury during the second day of testimony in Brent's intoxication manslaughter trial. If convicted, he faces 20 years in prison for the wreck that killed his friend and teammate Jerry Brown Jr. that night in Irving. Brent could also receive probation.

In the video, Brent becomes angry when the officer tells him they are going to draw his blood to test for alcohol.

'I have no rights as an American,' he's heard saying.

Brent can be heard cursing at Ofc. Travis Huckaby, who testified that Brent was focused more on how this was happening to him and not on what had happened to Brown. He was, Huckaby said, 'more concerned about getting home.'

However, the officer testified that when Brent was told Brown was dead 'his eyes welled up with tears and for the first time showed real emotion.'

Prosecutors also showed the jury receipts from the restaurant and bar where Brent and several other Cowboys partied. They ordered several bottles of wine and shots of liquor.

But the most haunting video shows Brent and Brown in the hours just before the accident.

The two are seen entering Club Privae in the 11000 block of Composite Drive around 1 a.m. They party with several other teammates and order three bottles of champagne.

A little over an hour later the two get into Brent's car and drive off.Prosecutors say Brent flipped his car moments later on State Highway 114, killing Brown.

Cowboys players Barry Church and Daniel McCray were taken to the holding room but dismissed before providing testimony. A paramedic took the stand first and said Brown had no pulse when he arrived.

Testimony will continue Wednesday.
