TARRANT COUNTY, Texas — The Tarrant County Sheriff's Office is looking for information after deputies arrested an 18-year-old who was covered in dried blood.

At about 1:55 a.m. Monday, Tarrant County deputies responded to a major accident on FM 2871 near I-20.

According to a release, deputies noticed a large amount of dried blood on one of the drivers involved in the crash and their truck.

TCSO says that driver was 18-year-old Aaron Richard, and deputies believe the blood was not Richard's and was not a result of the crash.

Deputies say there was a large amount of blood along the driver's side of Richard's white truck and outside of the truck bed, authorities say. The back window of the pickup also has some writing on it.

When asked about the blood, TSCO says Richard was uncooperative.

Richard was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Tarrant County Sheriff's Office is asking anyone with information on this case to call their Criminal Investigation Division at 817-884-1305.
