UNIVERSITY PARK — A sexual assault was reported on the SMU campus Sunday night.
According to a campus crime alert, the sexual assault allegedly occurred between 11:30 p.m. and 12 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 4 at a residence hall in the 6200 block of Hillcrest Avenue. Police say a woman was assaulted by two male acquaintances, one of whom is an SMU student.
The suspects have been identified and contacted by SMU police. It is not clear if they have been charged at this time.
