RICHARDSON A school custodian in the Richardson ISD has been arrested on charges of sexually assaulting a child.
School district spokesman Tim Clark said Luan Quang Le is a custodian at O. Henry Elementary School at 4100 Tynes Drive. The alleged assaults involved an eight-year-old boy and happened on school property during school hours this past year.
Le, 59, was arrested by Garland police, because O. Henry Elementary is located in that city. Detectives are investigating the possibility that there may be other victims.
Le is charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child. He is free on $100,000 bond.
Richardson ISD has placed le on indefinite leave pending the results of the investigation.
