FORT WORTH, Texas — Surveillance images show four thieves pilfering a Fort Worth pharmacy, rummaging through bins and stealing more than $10,000 worth of prescription medications.
Fort Worth PD is searching for the suspects in the May 7 theft at a pharmacy, which was closed at the time of the crime. Police say the men, who are considered armed and dangerous, used a sledgehammer and crowbar to break into the front door of the pharmacy near the 2400 block of Forest Park Boulevard around 1:05 a.m.
Once inside, police said the masked suspects collected more than $10,000 worth of prescription drugs. They then left the store and got away in a dark-colored, possibly black, four-door Chevrolet.
During their investigation, officers found a pharmacy container about one mile away from the pharmacy near the 2200 block of Mistletoe Avenue.
All the suspects were dressed in black and wore ski masks to conceal their identities.
The first suspect is described as a Black man about 18 to 25 years old. He is 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 175 pounds. He wore a black Reebok hooded jacket, black ski mask, and jeans and was armed with a sledgehammer.
The second suspect stands about 6 feet tall and is about 18 to 25 years old, wearing a black hoodie, black ski mask, black pants, black gloves, black Air Jordans, and was armed with a crowbar.
The third suspect is 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 180 pounds and wore a black jacket, black ski mask, black sweatpants, and orange gloves. And the fourth suspect wore a black hoodie, black ski mask, gray gloves, and white Nike tennis shoes.
