WHITE SETTLEMENT, Texas — A man was arrested on aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and continuous violence against a family member complaints after barricading himself in a White Settlement home for more than an hour Thursday, deputies say.
Deputies say they were serving a warrant in the 9200 block of Jason Lane, and when they made contact at the door, two adults and a juvenile got out of the house, but Richard Pasillas, 55, wouldn't come out when ordered.
Pasillas barricaded himself in the home for more than an hour before deputies got in and took him into custody, officials say.
Pasillas was booked into the Tarrant County Jail Thursday and his total bond amount is set at $25,000. jail records show.
White Settlement Police Chief Chris Cook said Jason Drive was blocked at North Rhea Drive and Dale Lane in both directions as they responded to the incident.
