Police investigating bomb threat made Saturday against Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum

A museum spokesperson said a police bomb squad swept the building and nothing was found.

DALLAS — Police are investigating a bomb threat made Saturday afternoon against the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum, officials say. 

A museum spokesperson, Caitlin Burke, said the threat was made at about 2 p.m. Saturday. 

The building was evacuated out of an abundance of caution, she said. A police bomb squad swept the building and nothing was found. 

The investigation is ongoing.
