DALLAS — A person is hospitalized in critical condition after being shot on a Dallas Freeway late Tuesday, police say.
Two vehicles were going westbound in the 35800 block of LBJ Freeway shortly before 11 p.m. when police say the suspect, identified as Latuita Holland, 44, shot at the other vehicle, hitting the back window.
The other driver stopped and got out of their vehicle and Holland shot the driver, police say.
Dallas Fire-Rescue responded and the other driver was taken to a local hospital in critical condition, police say.
Holland was arrested on a complaint of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
The investigation into the shooting is ongoing. WFAA will update this story as additional information becomes available.
