One person was shot overnight Wednesday in an incident that appears to be connected to a robbery, Dallas police said.
Officers were called around 2:15 a.m. to the scene on the 3300 block of Elsie Faye Heggins Street, which is where they found one person had been shot.
Officials said they do not know the victim's condition.
The department's Robbery Unit is investigating the shooting, police said. No additional details were provided.
