DALLAS — A man has been arrested in connection to a shooting where another man was killed near North Central Expressway Sunday morning, according to Dallas police.
Officials said they responded at about 10 a.m. to reports of a shooting in the 4100 block of N. Central Service Road. When officers got to the scene, they said found a man shot in a breezeway. Dallas Fire Rescue responded, but the victim died at the scene.
The victim has been identified as 36-year-old Terrell Michael Roussell, according to records from the Dallas County Medical Examiner's office.
On Monday, Dallas police said they arrested 23-year-old Davondrick Ross in connection to the shooting. Investigators believe he shot Rousell during an argument.
Ross will be charged with murder, according to police.
