COPPELL -- Police in Coppell are searching for a man they say was caught on surveillance video robbing a credit union.
Just after 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, police say the suspect, a man in his mid-30s, walked into the Neighborhood Credit Union on Denton Tap Road and demanded money while displaying a black semi-automatic handgun.
He took off with an unknown amount of money in a back Ford Mustang. No injuries were reported.
The suspect was wearing black sunglasses, black jeans, a black baseball cap, black tennis shoes, and a short-sleeved black and gray striped shirt. He has a thin build and is between 5'8" and 6' tall.
Police believe a second person may have been waiting inside the Mustang to help the suspect get away.
Investigators have the same man captured on surveillance video robbing a North Richland Hills location on June 3.
