NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas — A 25-year-old man was shot and killed in North Richland Hills Friday and another 25-year-old man is in custody, police say.
Police responded to the shooting call in the 6700 block of Bueno Aires Drive around 2:30 p.m.
“The circumstances leading up to the shooting remain under investigation; however, there is no threat to the community,” North Richland Hills police said in a press release.
The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office will release the name of the man who was shot after next of kin is notified. Michael J. Williams, of North Richland Hills, was charged with murder, police said. Williams was transferred to Tarrant County Jail.
