DALLAS — A man was hit and killed by a vehicle in the northbound lanes of South U.S. Highway 287 in Fort Worth on Friday evening, police say.
Fort Worth Police responded to a crash in the 3900 block of South U.S. Highway 287 shortly after 9 p.m. and said they found a pedestrian who appeared to have been hit and killed by a vehicle at the scene.
The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office will identify the man after next of kin is notified.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
